1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. The easiest way to do this is by using our contact form. Please provide your name and order number to help us identify your purchase.

2. Conditions for a Return

For a return to be eligible, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you have changed your mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. In cases of faulty or damaged goods, we will cover the cost of the return postage.
