Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Service & Cost
We are pleased to offer **FREE shipping on all orders** to addresses within the United Kingdom.

- Cost: Free
- Estimated Delivery: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
The Royal Mail Tracked 48® service aims to deliver your parcel within two to three working days and includes full online tracking, so you can monitor your package's journey to your door.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a **Royal Mail tracking number**. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Area
Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the **United Kingdom** (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A complete and valid street address is required for delivery.
Order Arrived Damaged or Lost
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please use the contact form contact us with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
